Domino Fractions

Domino Fraction is published by the Academy of Dijon. Type: Game in groups or individually Cycle concerned: Cycle 4 Base Area: 4 Target competency: Calculate - Practice mental calculations and automated calculation Description: Domino Fractions is intended for use in a workgroup as a whole class or individually. The aim is to combine dominoes, by combining a calculation of a domino with a fraction of another domino, so as to obtain a closed path. You can choose a course of 10, 14 or 18 dominoes. You can select one or more of the four operations. It is possible to work (or not) with the relative numbers. Four trials are allowed to verify that the dominoes are well placed. It is possible to run a check only if all the dominoes are placed. A report is given as validation level of knowledge. A correction is proposed if the solution has not been found after four attempts A current booster is provided in the application, including the design rules and examples of applications.
