Refund Policy

Droidspy offers a 7-day money-back guarantee on all new Pro subscriptions.

To request a refund, contact support@droidspy.ai within 7 days of your initial purchase. Include the email address associated with your account and your Paddle receipt if available.

Approved refunds are processed within 5-10 business days. The time for funds to appear in your account depends on your payment provider.

Refunds are not provided for renewal charges after the initial 7-day period. Cancel your subscription before the renewal date to avoid being charged for the next billing period.

You may cancel your subscription at any time from Dashboard > Settings. Cancellation stops future charges but does not automatically refund the current period unless covered by the 7-day guarantee above.

For payment or charge disputes, you may also contact Paddle.com support, as they process all payments on our behalf.
