By accessing or using Droidspy ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

Droidspy provides Google Play app intelligence, including search, tracking, competitor monitoring, and AI-powered insights about apps and market changes.

You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity under your account.

• The Pro plan is billed monthly through Paddle.com, our payment processor.
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date.
• We may change pricing with at least 30 days' notice before the change applies to your subscription.

If a free trial is offered, the specific trial terms will be clearly stated at signup and on the checkout page.

You may cancel your subscription at any time from Dashboard > Settings. Access to Pro features continues until the end of your current billing period.

• Do not scrape, reverse engineer, or resell data obtained through Droidspy.
• Do not make automated bulk requests beyond normal personal or business use of the platform.
• Do not use the Service for any unlawful purpose.

App data displayed on Droidspy is sourced from publicly available Google Play listings. Droidspy does not claim ownership of third-party app content, trademarks, or intellectual property.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of data obtained from third-party sources.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Droidspy shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
