As a cost-plus builder, we never set the prices of our homes based on what the market is willing to pay. Instead, we establish a reasonable margin, adding that to our hard costs (without including overhead). This means our home prices only increase when our costs increase; it also means that we lower our prices when our costs go down, and we've done that many times over the past thirty years. That alone sets us apart from every other new home builder in the area. Setting our home prices based on hard costs is just one way we offer more home for less money. Our advanced framing system, engineered trusses, phase building process, trade partner relationships, and purchasing team dedicated to getting quality materials at the best price also contribute to Betenbough Homes' ability to offer affordable new build homes in Amarillo, Lubbock, Midland, and Odessa. When you choose Betenbough Homes, you're partnering with a company that invests in the local community. From the home buyers we serve, to the trade partners we work with, to the organizations we support, Betenbough Homes strives to positively impact the cities and school districts where we build.
