Tempo

Tempo turns the supervisor's clipboard into a live number. Log a cycle on the line and the rate, the workers it was measured over, and what that cycle was expected to make appear immediately — not at the end of the shift when nothing can be done about them. WHAT IT DOES • See every line at once. Halls, lines, the product running on each and how each is doing against target, updated the moment a cycle is logged. • Log a cycle in two taps. Enter the quantity; Tempo works out the rate per worker-hour, counts who was on the line at that moment, and shows the cycle's achievement beside the run's. • Breaks and stoppages never cost the rate. Set the daily break window once and record downtime as a start and an end. Both leave the cycle duration, the expected figure and the labour cost, so nobody is measured against time they did not work. • Know who is on the floor. Attendance is read from your existing check-in records, absent listed first. Search by name or number, and record an absence with a reason when the gate and the floor disagree. Someone who arrives late is marked returned to work — the record is kept, so the day still shows they started off the floor. • Keep the line's story. Add notes with photos against the product running, sorted by kind: line problems, the reason behind them, and anything else the shift should remember. • Send the follow-up sheet. Every column of the assembly follow-up, photos in place, as Excel or PDF straight from the phone. No one retypes a number. • Get told before it matters. Tempo warns when a line has been producing with nothing logged, and when a line is still running as the shift is about to end. • Cost and incentive. Machine cost per hour, labour drawn from your cost pools, and the worker incentive computed per cycle from what was actually produced. BUILT FOR THE FLOOR Arabic and English throughout, right to left where it belongs. Times follow one factory clock you set once, so a break entered as 12:00 is subtracted at 12:00 — whatever timezone a phone happens to think it is in. Supervisors see the halls and lines they are responsible for. Attendance follows the departments tied to those halls.
