WeavePort

WeavePort helps nearby devices hand off files, text, and links without an account or cloud relay. Use the same Wi-Fi or hotspot, show or scan a pairing code, and keep each transfer visible from discovery through receiver confirmation. The app stores its identity key on this device and shows a fingerprint so users can verify the device in front of them. INTERNET, Wi-Fi, and network state permissions support local discovery and payload transfer over the current network. CAMERA is requested only when you choose to scan a code. Notifications, foreground data sync, and wake lock support visible active transfers and progress updates. No storage permission is required; received items are kept in private app storage unless the user chooses another folder.
