It downloads episodes like a normal podcatcher, then automatically skips podcast ads, sponsor reads, self-promotion, intros, and closing credits on your device at playback time. That means creators still get normal download-based credit. Unlike a generic ad blocker, STFUAI does not block the podcast download or rewrite the audio. It skips the unwanted parts locally while you listen.
