Anger Note: quick irritation log
Anger Note is a fast anger/irritation journal built to capture feelings in seconds and review patterns later. It launches straight into writing, auto-saves drafts, and keeps everything offline on your device. No accounts, no cloud, no clutter—just one screen, one slider, and your words. What you can do Log instantly: open → type → set irritation level (1–10) → done. Default intensity is 5 for quick entry. Auto-save + manual save: drafts keep themselves; “Save & Clear” is there when you want to reset. Edit later: fix text, change intensity, or adjust the occurrence time. Simple timeline: sorted by date/time with day/week/month/all views; no tags or folders to slow you down. Export anytime: TXT or JSON backup for your own use. Widget shortcut: jump to new entry from your home screen. Dark theme only: easy on the eyes, distraction-free. Offline-first: all notes live locally; no account, no sync. Use cases Capture small annoyances before they fade. Track triggers and intensity over days, weeks, or months. Keep a lightweight anger journal without ads getting in the way (non-personalized ads shown if consent isn’t given in applicable regions). Privacy and consent Data stays on your device; the app doesn’t collect personal info. Uses Google’s User Messaging Platform to request ad-related consent in EEA/UK/CH. Declining consent still lets you use every feature; only non-personalized ads are shown. Requirements Android 12 (API 31) or higher. Layout tuned for typical 16:9 screens. Why it’s different Speed: launches to input so you can capture the moment. Simplicity: no tags, no folders, no search—just timeline and filters by period. Control: edit/delete/retime entries, export your data anytime. Anger Note is for anyone who wants to quickly offload irritation, keep a private log, and notice patterns without friction.
