GeriatriApp

GeriatriApp is an application designed to provide the physician and other health professionals making decisions in the geriatric patient, through comprehensive geriatric assessment. It has multiple scales to assess different domains such as social, physical, emotional, functional, cognitive, pharmacological, nutritional, medical and comorbidities. This creates a risk profile in the elderly and thus the decision according to the problems and needs of each individual. GeriatriApp is an application that comes from the group of Geriatrics of the National University of Colombia.
