The platform's plattformID app is the new authorization process for logging in and signing your online banking orders. You can activate the app with your existing signing process and use it immediately. To do so, download the platform's plattformID app and log in as usual with your login details. You will then receive a push notification as soon as a request is available. To do so, confirm the verification code displayed in the app. Advantages: • Free of charge and no usage fee • The ID app can be used on multiple devices (smartphone, tablet, PC) • Activation can be done directly in the app • Convenient login with Quick ID (4-digit security code) and Touch ID (fingerprint)
