Momente für mich!

"Moments for me" is a free app from the Austrian Health Insurance Fund (ÖGK). In addition to the free primer and diary, the app also supports people to stay mentally healthy. It is about looking at the positive things in life, looking at the status of your own battery charge level. Sometimes it is difficult to perceive something good. The diary should help to review the day with simple categories, to record the special moments and, if desired, to record them with a photo. A very personal statistic provides clear information about how the past weeks have gone, what the highlights were and how the user felt according to his own assessment. The app is supplemented by knowledge about mental health, small exercises and memorable sayings to share.
