ÖBB Rail&Drive

ÖBB Rail&Drive sees itself as a supplement to the train: customers take the train for the main part of the route and Rail&Drive is available for the journey to their individual destination. The concept makes it possible to use a continuous, sustainable mobility chain without having to own a car. There are over 400 vehicles available in 37 cities across Austria, with the proportion of electric vehicles constantly increasing. With the Rail&Drive app, customers have quick and easy access to ÖBB’s car sharing vehicles. Registration and driving license validation takes just a few minutes, is 100% digital and free of charge.
