S-Check: track and understand your methamphetamine use. Do you use methamphetamine? The S-Check app can help you to track your use, sleep and mood, and understand the impact that your use is having on your overall health. Log your use, sleep and mood each day to see patterns in your methamphetamine use and overall wellbeing. Complete questionnaires covering six aspects of your health, including: psychological wellbeing, social health & lifestyle, physical wellbeing, sexual health, thinking and methamphetamine use. S-check gives you tailored feedback, tips and resources based on your answers. The app is based on research and clinical practice. It has been developed by the Stimulant Treatment Program at St Vincent’s Hospital. It has been clinically trialled and uses clinical assessments and questionnaires.
