10,000 Steps is a physical activity program here to help you move more each day! Delivered by the Physical Activity Research Group at CQ University, 10,000 Steps supports individuals, organisations and communities to incorporate more activity into daily living through evidence-based tools and resources. Health Connect integration is now available (requires installation of Health Connect app on Android 13 and below). 10,000 Steps for Android does not count your steps.
