Accounts are provided and managed internally, and all user data is removed when employment ends, in accordance with company policy. In the future, the app may include optional location tracking for reports to improve productivity, as well as non-intrusive banner advertisements. Users will be informed of any changes, and relevant updates to policies will be published before implementation.
