DPDC Smart Meter Customer App

DPDC Smart Mobile App is a self-service portal used by DPDC customers for checking their usage, raising issues and making payments towards their electricity consumption. It enhances the utility customer experience with online account management, charges & payments, usage tracking, and virtual agents for customer service. The utility companies can improve their Meter-to-cash performance and thereby create individual offers and services for various customer segments. The integration layer used allows integration with any certified Billing and Meter Data Management, Customer Information, Outage Management systems and Payment gateways. The microservices for it would comprise customer master data, usage data enquiry, recharge collection, complaint management, sustainability, and tech foundation.
