CILGUARD

CILGUARD is a mobile application designed to raise public awareness about personal data protection. It was developed by the Commission for Information Technology and Freedoms (CIL), an independent administrative authority responsible for ensuring compliance with Law No. 001-2021/AN concerning the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data. CILGUARD offers legal and technical advice aimed at strengthening personal data protection. It allows users to learn, educate themselves, and find guidance in accordance with the provisions of this law, and also offers them the opportunity to test their knowledge through an interactive game.
