The official application of the Metropolitan Municipality Contact Center allows users to quickly and easily send alerts by sending pictures, short description and location for unsuccessful problems on the territory of the capital. Submitted alerts, after review, are forwarded directly to the responsible rapid resolution structures. The user can see the status of the submitted signals as well as the responses received.
