Cardiorespiratory Remote Rehabilitation Application

eHeart is an app to support cardiorespiratory rehabilitation patients from the GPRC (Cardiopulmonary Rehabilitation Research Group) at Unb (University of Brasília). With this app, patients have access to guidance on the exercises that should be performed and, thus, can also carry out rehabilitation activities in their homes. The app allows patients to view, in a personalized way, the exercises that must be performed. These exercises are accompanied by explanatory videos, time counting and repetitions. The app requests from the patient, at each exercise session, specific information about heart rate, feeling of tiredness, and blood pressure. It also initially requests some information on clinical and health conditions, for the correct exercise prescription. To access the application's content, the user must be a patient at Unb's GPRC, through which they will receive instructions for accessing this application, as well as authentication/login data. Important: To be accepted into the cardiopulmonary rehabilitation program, the patient must agree to the terms of the TCLE (Free and Informed Consent Form) of the eHeart program, which is requested when first accessing the app and which can also be consulted at the link https: //api.eheart.com.br/staticfiles/TCLE_paciente.pdf .
