Owners can find their documents, incident logs, commercial actions related to the property, update their registration data, create promotional offers for advertising, view income statements, and obtain account statements in the app. Landlords have access to detailed rental information, financial statements, incident logs, contract documents, registration updates, and account statements. Tenants can view rental details, issue payment slips, access documents, register incidents, and update their registration data. Guarantors have access to detailed rental information, payment slip issuance, documents, and incident registration related to the contract in which they act.
