Treini methodology The methodology Treini ® was developed taking into account the therapeutic environment, flexible exoskeleton based on tensegrity, exoskeleton based on myofascial rails, application and development of a physical and functional training program, specific to each child or adult who has injury sequel in central nervous system. The treatment is performed in a period of 36 months, 5x per week, daily duration of 4 hours. The use of an application by the family and rehabilitation team facilitates exercises and daily activities that should be done outside the clinic or rehabilitation institution responsible for or caregivers. The Treini ® methodology is divided into 3 methods: Treini method 0.7®: APPRAISAL, testing, monitoring in infants with atypical features of neurodevelopment from 96 hours of life and therapeutic intervention after 2 months to 12 months. Treini method 7®: Evaluation, testing, therapeutic intervention from 13 months old to 18 years of age in children and adolescents with atypical development. Treini Method 3.2: Evaluation, testing, therapeutic interventions from 19 years of life in adults with postural dysfunctions and movement related to dysfunction in the central nervous system.
