Lightly is a place to SHINE! Through movement, music and motivation, Andrea will help your inner light shine as God intended. Andrea specializes in pilates. She has Comprehensive Certification through Power Pilates, and has taught all levels and on all apparatus for over 20 years. She studied dance at New York University's Tisch School of the Arts and has a BA in Movement Therapy from Indiana University. She has a keen eye and passion for movement. Lightly will provide pilates workouts of varying lengths, live workouts, customized workouts, motivation and faith based support!
