Présage Care

Présage is a preventive and support device for the elderly, making it possible to avoid emergency hospitalizations. How it works : Every week, a caregiver fills in a short questionnaire on information from the daily life of the person being helped. Early detection of the risk of hospitalization in the emergency room in the next 7 days allows beneficiaries to have the time necessary to act and avoid going to the emergency room. This application is free, but requires an activation code provided by a healthcare professional. Attention: Présage is not an emergency device but anticipation at 7 days in order to act before the emergency. If the situation requires, contact the usual health professional (doctor, or center 15 in case of life-threatening emergency).
