With the SIG et moi application, simplify your life: - Receive personalized notifications related to your daily life: receipt of your bill, date of your meter reading, obtaining the electricity savings bonus, receipt of new documents. You are also notified in the event of a planned electricity interruption at your home (expected date, possible modification and cancellation). - Consult at a glance: your last bill as well as the history of your bills and their payment status, your annual and/or monthly consumption if you read your meter monthly, the composition and quality of the water at your address. - Configure your customer area: billing options (email billing, actual billing), communication preferences, activation of statements. - Follow the evolution of your consumption and discover tips for saving money. - If you have access to your meters, send your monthly meter readings to monitor your consumption and be billed as accurately as possible every 2 months. - Download your invoices and your remunerations. - Access your subscribed electricity and gas offers, as well as your wastewater tax certificate (only for individual water meters). - Announce your move and save CHF 20.- on application fees. - Simulate your energy bill by opting for a more ecological Vitale Vert product. - Register directly to the customer area from the application.
