EstarBien Uninorte

Estar Bien is an application for mobile devices designed and developed by psychologists from the Student Support Center and engineers from Uninorte and from the external sector, focused on providing guided psychoeducation and tools to its users on issues related to their mental, physical and emotional well-being. The app is to support promotion and prevention and not to follow up on cases or diagnose. It is so that the user can self-manage by consuming quality content (promotion and prevention). It will serve to advise, advise and guide to deal with circumstantial states of mind. If it is a structural case and it is part of the personality, it requires referral to specialized processes.
