Vurex Workout Cards

Vurex Workout Cards generates a fresh set of exercise cards each time you start a session. No two workouts are the same — the app pulls from a curated library of exercises and builds your routine on the fly, so you stay challenged without having to plan anything yourself. Each card shows the exercise name, target muscle group, rep or duration goal, and a short description of proper form. A built-in interval timer runs alongside your session, counting down rest and work periods so you can focus entirely on moving instead of watching a clock. Everything is stored locally on your device. There is no account to create, no data sent anywhere, and no internet connection required. Open the app, generate your cards, and get to work. The exercise library covers bodyweight movements, strength patterns, and mobility work across all major muscle groups. You can filter sessions by focus area — upper body, lower body, core, or full body — and adjust the number of cards generated per session to match however much time you have. Session history is saved automatically so you can see which exercises appeared in past workouts and track how often you hit each muscle group over time.
