Relay Store

Relay Stores are an integral part of the Relay next-day delivery service. Our Relay Stores are based in London and our network is growing. They serve several crucial functions: Parcel Collection: Relay Stores act as designated locations where couriers can collect outgoing parcels Parcel Storage: The Relay Store provides secure storage for parcels, ensuring that they are safely held until couriers collect them for onward delivery. Hyperlocal Delivery: Relay focuses on providing hyperlocal delivery services, which means that they specialize in delivering parcels to customers within a limited geographic area. Relay Stores play a central role in facilitating this hyperlocal approach by serving as distribution points. Greener Delivery: Relay is committed to environmentally-friendly practices. By optimizing delivery routes and reducing the need for long-haul transportation, Relay Stores contribute to greener and more sustainable last-mile delivery. Faster Service: The presence of Relay Stores in local communities means that couriers can access parcels quickly, reducing the time required for last-mile delivery. This results in faster service and more efficient delivery options for customers.
