FUME

"Do you want A Dream Physique without giving up on your favorite food? Are you fed up with restrictive diets and gym memberships ? Hi, This is Jagan and Uma .We are IIT alumni and have been working in corporate for 15+ years. We were struggling from lot of health challenges due to Bellyfat e.g. hypothyroid, high cholesterol, diabetes etc. We tried many traditional programs for weightloss but all of them were on food restriction or heavy workouts and were neither sustainable not enjoyable. We understood there is a gap in society and that’s where we created a system which could help people to kickstart their dream body without starving or depriving of their favourite meals. Using the same system, we lost 36 kgs in a span of 6 months during the covid lockdown. We shifted from XXL to S and got rid of various diseases like thyroid, diabetes, cholesterol, heart issues etc. Currently ,we are living a dream life feeling more energetic and excited every single day and we are now back to our college days We provide multiple offerings for your fatloss journey e.g. Healthy homemade meal plan Cardio Workout HIIT Strength training Healthy Recipes etc FUME (Fit U and Me) was created by us to help people to become diabetic free and obesity free.. We are internationally certified Fitness Wellness coaches and right now on a mission to help 100,000 people lose Bellyfat and prevent lifestyle diseases. Join us today to kickstart your dream body and live stronger, leaner and fitter."
