Free, easy-to-use app for viewing glucose levels from continuous glucose monitoring (CGM) sensors via Dexcom Share. It provides a clear 24/7 view on your phone or tablet and lets you choose visual themes, ideal for viewing in a caregiver’s home. For more advanced users, various data presentation layouts are available. The app works with CGM systems: Dexcom G6, G7 and One+. Data presentation 24/7 view: current glucose level, trend arrow, recent readings. Discreet glance on the device’s locked screen. Layouts to choose from: Classic, Large Digits, Daily Graph, Minimal. Themes: light, dark and gentle night dimming. Option to set automatic screen dimming during selected hours. Optimized for tablets (landscape orientation). Optional animated “snow outside the window” – a subtle, eye-friendly animation that brings the screen to life. Alerts and control Low and high glucose alerts — sound and vibration. Choice of alert sounds — set notification tones to your preference. Custom warning thresholds and alarm snooze (delay for a chosen time). Range colors (low / in range / high) for quick assessment. Option to enable device vibration. Getting started Enable Share in the official Dexcom app and send a follower invitation. Sign in to Policare using your Dexcom Share login details. Pick a theme and optional layout, set thresholds and alert sounds — done.
