You can adjust the indicators by the number of people and by the number of days of eating. There is also information on the content of micronutrients in foods, in which foods there is more or less of a particular vitamin or mineral. The scales show the daily value of trace elements in the selected food product. It is possible to copy the list of products for planning and use in the shopping list.
