The mobile app is the operational companion to the AcrossJordan website, built for drivers, operators, and admins to manage tours and bookings in real time. With one login, the app shows the correct dashboard based on the user’s role (Driver, Operator, or Admin). Drivers can view their assigned schedule, see today’s and upcoming tours, accept or reject trip assignments, and access key trip details needed to perform the service (tour name, pickup time, passenger count, and itinerary notes). Operators and admins can track bookings, coordinate assignments, and keep tours running smoothly across day tours, multi‑day tours, and group tours. The app supports secure authentication, optional biometric unlock (where available), and “keep me signed in” for convenience. It uses push notifications to alert users about important events such as new trip assignments or updates, and includes in‑app messaging for fast communication between the office and drivers. Location features are used to support active trip coordination and improve dispatch accuracy, helping the team respond quickly to changes and maintain reliable service.
