GKA Smart Farm - Livestock Operational Management Information System GKA Smart Farm is an internal operational application developed specifically for data management and daily activities at PT. Gemilang Karya Agri. This application is designed for use by internal employees, including the admin team, sales, field officers (stall), and drivers, to record all farm activities in an integrated manner directly from their mobile devices. IMPORTANT NOTICE: This application is a closed-system B2B. GKA Smart Farm does not provide account registration for the public/general users. Login access (username and password) is only granted to employees and authorized partners who have been registered directly by the PT. Gemilang Karya Agri system administrator. MAIN APPLICATION FEATURES: 1. Stall & Input Management Recording of livestock production input data (Sapronak) in each stall. Supports real-time data collection of incoming goods such as feed, DOC (Day-Old Chicken), and OVK (Medicine, Vaccines, and Chemicals). 2. Delivery Order (DO) Realization A facility for field officers and drivers to confirm the delivery of goods or crops. Users can report the number of goods realized along with supporting information. 3. Payment & Transaction Recording A system for inputting payment data from partners or customers to the company. Helps the finance team track the history of transactions entered into the system. 4. Customer Ledger Displays a ledger to transparently monitor transaction details, invoices, and balance history for each customer. 5. Upload Document Evidence Integration with the device's camera and storage (PDF/Image files) allows uploading important operational documents, such as photos of Delivery Orders (Notes), weighing slips, and Credit Notes (CNs), which are directly synchronized with the central server. Data Security & Usage: This application only collects functional data directly related to the company's operations (such as photo transaction evidence and user IDs) to ensure the accuracy of PT. Gemilang Karya Agri's operational data.
