The Advanced Buteyko app has many great features to help people learn Advanced Buteyko breathing. It's streamlined for convenience, includes spoken instructions and contains 61 Buteyko Breathing exercises. The first level of the app can be done immediately. Signup for a free user account to enable level 2. Signup for the complete Buteyko Breathing course to do all levels (www.advancedbuteyko.com). Buteyko course participants start with the basics and are guided by a certified ABI instructor to gradually raise their level until they're ready for the most advanced levels.
