Search across them all when the list grows. Progress at a glance Every project opens on an overview: how many tasks are done, how much of the budget is left and which task is next. To-dos and sub-tasks Break a job into tasks, then into sub-tasks. Tick them off as you go, drag them into order, and keep completed work in view if you like seeing what you have finished. Budget and expenses Set a project budget and watch it fill as you add materials, tools, labour and permits. Record quantity and unit cost, filter by category, sort by cost and add notes to any item.
