Each level is a challenge tailored to your current strength, tested in a baseline test at the start. ▸ ONE SESSION A DAY Short, intense, and effective. The app prevents repeat sessions within the same day – strength increases when you rest, not when you push yourself. ▸ ADAPTIVE LEVEL 3 sets → 2 sets → 1 set. The higher up the ladder, the fewer the reps, but the greater the mental load. For each level, you have a goal; if you achieve it, you move up. Didn't make it? Yes, today it's just maintenance training. ▸ HISTORY AND STREAK Every completed session leaves a mark. The mythological monthly heatmap shows your consistency, and the consecutive days counter motivates you to keep going. ▸ DAILY REMINDER Set the time for Olimp to signal you.
