Smartcash PSB Retailer

The Smartcash retailer app is a one-stop shop for all Smartcash retailers who work on servicing Smartcash customers in the market, allowing retailers to manage both customer service and his own Smartcash account. The Smartcash retailer app enables retailers to serve customers by editing existing customer profile, purchasing airtime, depositing cash, withdrawing cash, and paying bills. The app also allows retailers to manage their own Smartcash account, view their profile, helpdesk number, pin/password reset, and account unlock, as well as perform banking services on their account. Retailers can use the application to view their account balance, commission balance, transaction history, commission rules, and retailer performance on Smartcash services. The app is available in English language to support Smartcash operations in Nigeria.
