Ashok Leyland Serve Application – Light Commercial Vehicle (AL Serve App – LCV) is an official app from Ashok Leyland for the Channel Partners of Light Commercial Vehicle business only which allows Channel Partners to inward the vehicles for service and to create the Job Cards using mobile phones. The application has facility to capture customer voice and view vehicle history. It also has the provision to send quotation/repair estimate instantly through email or SMS to customer.
