Tucked inside the app is a library of calming audio, sorted into sections: flute pieces for sleep, nature sounds to unwind to (rain, birds, frogs, a farm) and gentle sounds that help babies settle. Pause a track and come back later and it picks up right where you stopped. Each track carries its own countdown, and if you fancy rain on top of the flute, play several at the same time and balance their volumes with the little mixer built into the gallery.
