The Employee Self-Services (ESS) App facilitates the HR process and makes it easier for the Andalusia employees to perform and follow up on various actions. As an employee with ESS you can: - Submit your self-attendance with simple taps. - Track your leaves' balance. - Request your leave easily & track its approval progress. As a manager with ESS you can: - Add leave on behalf of your team. - View your team's leaves. - Take your approval action easily wherever you are. With ESS you will have: - Easy access and fully integrated HR process - Control App features permissions (e.g. manage the check-in & out by GPS location)
