A method for log on and approval activities for certain ANZ Digital Channels.
At ANZ we’re committed to helping you bank simply, safely, securely and conveniently. ANZ Digital Key (ADK) allows you to log on and perform approval activities via Facial recognition, Fingerprint ID or a PIN in certain ANZ Digital Channels. It enhances the channel security capabilities, providing a free, faster and more convenient method for customers to securely transact with ANZ. For customers completing ANZ's identity verification (eKYC) process, ANZ Digital Key may be used to securely read the microchip in supported ePassports using your phone's NFC (Near-Field Communication) capability. ADK is applicable to specific ANZ customers and ANZ Digital Channels. Please note: 1. To use this app: a) Your ANZ Digital Services User ID must be authorised to use ADK. b) Your device must be running Android version 9 (Pie) or later. 2. It is advisable to have protective software, such as antivirus, installed on your device for security purposes. 3. ADK may require access to the following device resources: a) Camera - For scanning QR codes and enabling Facial recognition. b) Biometrics - For Fingerprint ID or Facial recognition. c) Notifications - To receive push notifications. d) NFC - To securely read the microchip in supported ePassports when completing ANZ's identity verification (eKYC) process.
