Burn-in Fixer: Screen Test

Burn-in Fixer provides screen testing and refresh pattern tools for OLED, AMOLED and LCD displays. Use full-screen tests to inspect pixels, screen uniformity, image retention and other visible display issues. Screen tools include: • Solid color pixel tests • Grayscale and contrast tests • Checkerboard patterns • LCD ghosting patterns • Moving noise, bands, grids and ramps • OLED and AMOLED color refresh patterns • Moving color and inversion patterns • Full-screen display testing These tools can help you inspect dead pixels, image retention, ghosting and burn-in symptoms and run visual refresh patterns where appropriate. Important: physical OLED burn-in, dead pixels and hardware damage can be permanent. Software refresh patterns cannot guarantee that a damaged display will be repaired. Results vary depending on panel technology, age, damage and device characteristics.
