Street Care: Toolkit to Help!

Street Care is an app provided by Bright Mind Enrichment, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization. We provide information to help community members like you to better approach homeless people with appropriate resources, tools, and support. GETTING STARTED ★ Start Now — Step-by-step guidance to prepare you before, during, and after street outreach. ★ What to Bring — Detailed instructions on essential care items to bring and distribute, from food and water to hygiene products and clothing. ★ How-to Videos — Short videos covering getting started, street safety, health and wellness tips you can share, and more. TAKING ACTION ★ Interaction Log — Log each outreach visit and document individual interactions, including what help was provided, follow-up needs, and help requests for each person you supported. ★ Community Events — Discover and RSVP to nearby outreach events, or create your own and invite other volunteers to join. ★ Help Requests — Submit and track help requests for individuals in need, directly from your outreach log. TRACKING YOUR IMPACT ★ Profile & Badges — Track the people you've helped, items donated, and outreaches completed. Earn badges as you grow your impact in the community.
