Know who you're working with, before you engage.
D List documents real business and service interactions, so people can make smarter decisions before and after they engage. You don't D List people. You D List interactions. TWO WAYS TO USE D LIST Before You Engage: Check the D List • See if a location is D Listed • Learn the interaction history and patterns reported there • Reduce risk before committing time, money, or trust After You Interact: D List an Interaction • Share what actually happened • Add to that address's interaction history • Reward respectful, reliable behavior • Surface repeated issues or red flags • Help the next person decide WHAT DOES “D LISTED” MEAN? Being D Listed doesn't mean a location is good or bad. It means real interaction experiences, shared by others over time, are on record for that address. An interaction history: • Reflects patterns over time • Includes both positive and negative experiences • Evolves as new interactions are added • Helps create transparency and accountability D List is not a single numeric score, a blacklist, or a permanent label. D List does not evaluate creditworthiness, tenancy, employment, or insurance eligibility. WHO D LIST IS FOR • Home services and contractors • Real estate professionals • Businesses (B2B) PRIVACY AND FAIRNESS • Entries are based on real interactions • Reviewer identity is kept private • Moderation supports fairness • Patterns matter more than one-off experiences Check the D List. D List an interaction. Make smarter decisions.
