This App is developed for City and Industrial Development Corporation (CIDCO) an undertaking of Govt of Maharashtra State, India. CIDCO is an Indian city planning agency and one of the richest government authorities in India, formed and managed by the Government of Maharashtra. To provide affordable housing to citizens under Lower Income Group (LIG) and Economically Weaker Section (EWS) categories, CIDCO has launched a housing scheme at various location in Navi Mumbai under the visionary initiative of the Hon. Prime Minister of India, known as PMAY (Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana). This mega housing scheme aims to address the rapidly growing housing demand across various sections of society. These houses will be available for sale through a lottery process. These projects are part of the Prime Minister’s ambitious "Housing for All by 2022" scheme. The houses constructed under this initiative cater to Economically Weaker Sections (EWS), Low-Income Groups (LIG) categories.
