Simple Checklist

Simple Checklist is a lightweight local checklist tool for shopping, travel, work handoffs, and everyday task planning. It helps users create lists, open checklist details, mark items complete, review local progress, clear completed tasks, and restore default starter lists. The app does not require login and the provided product description states that data is not uploaded. Default checklist content is initialized from local JSON data, and user edits are saved on the device with SharedPreferences. The verified build does not request sensitive permissions such as location, camera, microphone, contacts, SMS, phone, storage, accessibility, overlay, or notifications. Android system backup settings may affect local backup copies.
