Neodoxs Mobile is the companion app to the Neodoxs platform, designed for organizations that need to manage their physical and digital archives with clear traceability, whether in the warehouse or the office. Whether you are a requester, archive manager, or logistics operator, the app provides you with essential tools on your smartphone or tablet, complementing the Neodoxs web portal. Access Requests Create a request to access an archive unit, specify the reason and urgency, then track its progress (submission, processing, validation, closure). Receive useful information at each stage of the workflow. Archival Units View the list of units to which you have access: reference, title, archival status, and status. Quickly find the file related to your request. Scanning and Movements (Authorized Teams) Record entries, exits, transfers, returns, or other operations by scanning a barcode or QR code directly in the field. Each movement is time-stamped and linked to the relevant archive unit, ensuring real-time traceability of physical flows. Digitization and Document Management Photograph or import a document to associate it with a digital archive unit. Contribute to the digitization of the collection while maintaining the link to the physical original. Digital Documents Browse already uploaded files, check their validation status, and access documents related to your archive units. Integrated Messaging Communicate with contacts within your organization about a request or case, without leaving the application. Profile and Security Log in with your organizational account. Access rights (read, create requests, scan, administration) are defined by your Neodoxs administrator, in accordance with your organization's security rules.
