Arimaa is a strategic board game designed by Iranian-American computer scientist Omar Syed in 2002. It was created as a challenge for artificial intelligence to showcase human creativity in strategy. The game is played between two teams: Gold and Silver, each using custom wildlife pieces like elephants, camels, and horses.
