Asurion Field enables employees to fulfill a variety of in-home jobs for Asurion customers. Employees use this app to view their daily jobs, communicate with customers, and complete necessary tasks for each job. Functionality includes inventory scanning, sales tools, escalation paths, and many more features that help solve customer needs and complete jobs.
