AthleTech

AthleTech is your performance co-pilot: it calculates, plans, and times with lab-like precision, for both recreational athletes and coaches managing teams. What it does: calculates pace for intervals, running intensities, strength percentages, estimates 1–20RM, adjusts ideal weight for your discipline, and saves your entire history in "Results" (Pace, Strength, Running). Smart timings: Customizable Tabata with sounds and end-of-session screen; Rest Optimizer for optimal rest based on hypertrophy/strength/endurance; Start Assistant with voice prompts ("On your marks / Set / Go") and Reaction Loop to measure reaction times; EMOND (dynamic EMOM) configurable by minutes and rounds. Training plans: create and edit complete plans (weeks, sessions, levels), assign them to athletes, track completed days, and sync changes in real time. Coach view (manage and assign) and athlete view (my plans). Results and sync: Unified history with offline-first saving; automatic sync with Firestore when the connection is restored; migration tool and pending queue to avoid data loss. Strength without question: 1RM with per-side weight distribution, kg/lb selector, scientific data in each calculator, and automatic percentage tables. Running with purpose: Pace tracking for each segment and intensity tests with custom zones; saveable pace plans to repeat your best splits. Made for everyday use: Clear interface, audible reminders on timers, support for local and cloud saves, registration/login, and profile ready to share your progress with your coach. Recent updates: Training plans with assignment and progress tracking, EMOND stopwatch and Start Assistant with voice/reaction loop, improved cloud-to-offline sync, and calculators with integrated scientific data.
