ap37 Text-based Launcher

ap37 is a text-based launcher that allows to change most of its source code at runtime from inside the launcher itself. In short, ap37 tries to take users back to the beginnings of the Web, when everyone was encouraged to create their own website with a simple text editor, but this time applied to apps.
